HISTORY

In the 30th Century, Thieves' Planet had been long rumored as a refuge for criminals across the universe. Free from the authorities, criminals could buy, sell and trade in a bazaar environment. The isolated world was hidden by an invisibility field created and maintained by an unnamed master, an alien of living electrical energy with powerful telepathic abilities. At the request of the Science Police, the Legion of Super-Heroes investigated and were ultimately able to break up the base of criminal activity.
