OVERVIEW

Outfitting a number of individuals in high-tech suits, Lex Luthor attempted to create a team of heroes which the people of Metropolis would respect as much as it did the more gaudy super-heroes of the town. While those inside the suits may have had noble intentions, Luthor himself certainly didn't and the team was a failure.
