Synopsis: - Superman travels to the future with his future self to help prevent the damage done by the Futuresmiths. Here he discovers that Cir-El is a creation of the Futuresmiths, and witnesses the unfolding of a scheme whereby Lex Luthor's devious activities allow Brainiac-12 to be 'born'. Cir-El sacrifices herself and Superman deposits the Brainiac in a fold in time, causing this timeline to come unglued. Trying to return to his own time, he gets distracted and seems to be born in a world where Jor-El and Lara do not send the famous rocket ship away from Krypton.
