Synopsis:
Static has recently moved to New York City from Dakota, with a job at S.T.A.R. Labs. We find out Static has a new power of being able to see in all levels of the electromagnetic spectrum. Hardware is revealed as the one who helped Static obtain the job, and is also providing him equipment. Statics stops a thief, but New Yorkers complain he interfered with their electric equipment. A villain, Piranha, is upset that Static stopped the thief. We see Static interact with his parents and two sisters. Piranha reveals his secret weapon to stop Static, Virule.
