HISTORY

An American city that has been described as "the city the saints forgot", culturally and politically divided. People say that nothing can get done here unless it is done dirty. There's a moisture and a tension in the air that seems to agree on these sentiments. Recently, the current Hawkman and Hawkgirl made St. Roch their new home.
