HISTORY
In a faraway area of space inhabited by cats, dogs and other animals walking on two legs, the Space Canine Patrol Agents are the heroes protecting the galaxy from evil like the feline Cat Crime Club, the Phanty Cats or giant fleas.
On a visit to their planet, Krypto the Super-Dog (pre-Crisis version) became a member of the Agency.
At every meeting they repeated their slogan; "Big Dog! Big Dog! Bow Wow Wow! We'll crush evil... Now, Now, Now!"
"The Space Canine Patrol Agents" is a popular kid show in the 31st century.
[Note - A version of the S.C.P.A. appears as the "Dog Star Patrol" in the Krypto the Superdog animated series. The membership is based on the Silver Age team, with some original characters as well as Ace the Bathound and Streaky the Supercat.]
