HISTORY

Shivering Jemmy is a Lord of Chaos and a member of the Shallow Brigade (a sub-group of Chaos). She frequently takes the incarnation of a little girl, sometimes painted as a clown and holding a red balloon. Her looks are deceiving, since she is incredibly powerful and can do anything to help the reign of Chaos.
