HISTORY

Scoop was the ace reporter for the Bulletin in the 1930s and made the news at least as often as he found it. He was assisted by his photographing sidekick Rusty James.

[Note: There was another reporter named Scoop Scanlon who attempted to break Batman's identity in World's Finest Comics #6, but the two are not one and the same.]
