HISTORY

A Southern Californian city, briefly the home of the Flash (III), at a time when his constant clashes with super-villains had made him unwelcome in Keystone City. Santa Marta, on the other hand, was almost leveled by Major Disaster. Flash tried to compensate the town by permitting a local studio to make a Flash movie. Santa Marta now focuses mainly on film industry.
