HISTORY

Salima Baranaziar of Qom, Iran, was one of the ten Chosen, a group of Earth people given super-powers by Herupa Hando Hu, a Guardian of the Universe, and his mate Nadia Safir, a Zamaron. The Chosen were intended to become their possible successors, the New Guardians. However, Salima never made it to the New Guardians team. Believing that Herupa and Nadia were messengers of God, she was stoned to death by a mob for her alleged blasphemy.
