Synopsis:
Arsenal is held prisoner in Qurac, where he was previously attempting to help the people overthrow a dictator, he was eventually imprisoned by the people due to trumped-up war crime charges. He is rescued by a disguised Red Hood and later by Starfire. The trio kill multiple soldiers who had been holding Arsenal prisoner. The trio retreats to Jason's base at St. Martinique. Roy learns that Jason and Starfire are having a sexual relationship. Due to her alien heritage, Starfire sees humans as little more than sights and smells, and has trouble distinguishing one from another. She claims not to remember several past human associates. She has sex with Roy, as well, finding it absurd that Roy would think it would cause an issue with Jason.
Jason meets with Essence, a creature only he can see. She asks for his help with an attack against The All-Caste, led by Ducra - these mysterious figures are part of an unknown shared past between Jason and Essence. Jason retreats to The Himalayas where he finds Ducra murdered. He then is confronted by a number of apparent assassins.
Meanwhile, in Chicago, United States, an unknown figure is pleased to receive a report that a Tamaranean (Starfire) is on Earth.
