HISTORY

Rebecca Ravenwind encountered the Swamp Thing when the plant elemental had floated up on the coast of Maine. In the town called Divinity, a superstitious lynch mob attempted to kill Rebecca, whom they believed to be the last of the infamous "Ravenwind Witches". Actually, the last Ravenwind Witch was her little brother Timothy, who focused his power through her. Years later, Rebecca died from cancer, leaving Timothy alone to develop his magic abilities.
