HISTORY

Dr. Pytor Orloff was a scientist at the Puleski Institute in Soviet Siberia, who attempted to confer the power pf super-speed on his laboratory subjects. The experiments resulted in the superteams called Blue Trinity and Red Trinity. Orloff and the Red Trinity eventually fled to the United States and befriended the Flash (III). Orloff is regarded as one of the world's foremost experts on speed powers, and among other things cured the deranged "Speed Demon" McGee from his fatal condition.
