HISTORY

Pulsar was one of many would-be super-heroes who gained their powers from Lex Luthor's Everyman Project. In his only sighting to date, Pulsar appeared in San Francisco as part of a Teen Titans membership drive. He was not selected, and has not been seen since. It is assumed Pulsar lost his powers when Luthor shut down the Everyman Project.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Pulsar's powers have not been seen in action, but as his costume states he is a "master of sound."
