HISTORY

Phantasmo is Jean-Marc de Villars, a Frenchman and the ancestor of a human and an Earth Elemental spirit. Phantasmo was a member of the Young Allies, a team of international young heroes who banded together to oppose the Nazis during World War II, and once cooperated with the American Young All-Stars. Phantasmo has not been seen since 1942, but post-War activities have been mentioned.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

He had the superhuman ability to make himself intangible and an invulnerability to "Earth substances" such as common metals.
