Synopsis:

- Dr. Tzin-Tzin embarks on his newest venture: supplying "designer violence" to anyone willing to pay the price... and toppling the Soviet government in order to increase the market for his murderous wares and to reshape all of Europe for his own gains. The only man who can stop him is Peacemaker, provided his cohorts - all undercover government specialists - can help him maintain a hold on his fragile sanity.
