HISTORY

In an now-erased alternate future, David was an English teenager who became the subject to the tyrant Lord Chaos. Chaos infused David with the actual DNA of Count Dracula, which gave him vampiric powers. The boy now craved blood to survive, and started calling himself Dagon. He eventually rebelled against Lord Chaos and joined the Team Titans as Nightrider to oppose him, something that ultimately led him to our era and cooperation with the New Titans.

During the Zero Hour, all then-known alternate futures were erased from existence, and with them Nightrider and most of his teammates.
