HISTORY

A black market for criminals (notably super-villains) in Keystone City. The Network has been run by Blacksmith for several years, and is frequented by the small-time criminals as well as those with higher profiles like the Penguin and Kobra. It is guarded by the current Rogues Gallery, and by Blacksmith’s Colonel Computron units.

There is no known connection between the short-lived Gotham City super-villain team named the Network or the more recent Network active in Gotham City.
