HISTORY

The planet Neptune is one of most distant planets in our solar system at 30 AU from the sun, with a sidereal revolution of 165 years and a rotation period ("day") of 19.2 days. It is believed to have a deep ocean of water with a small rocky core and radiates more than twice the heat as sunlight provides it. It has a narrow, faint ring system. The planet was named for the Roman god of the sea, Neptune.

In the 853rd century, however, our System is known to have been destroyed and rebuilt. In that era, Neptune is a water planet inhabited by descendants of today's Atlanteans and ruled by that era's Aquaman.
