OVERVIEW

 : A ray created by Rex Tyler, it activates super-human strength and increased invulnerability.

HISTORY

 : Due to the damaging and addictive effects of Rex Tyler's Miraclo, he began researching various other methods of creating the effects without the harmful side-effects. While on a mission with the All-Star Squadron, Rex was caught in Phantom Lady's Black Light Ray. Somehow, this activated the residues of the drug already in Rex's bloodstream. After the adventure, Tyler researched and created a ray that would activate the drug and used it for a time through his first retirement.
