Synopsis: - Kate Spencer has disappeared, kidnapped by Mark Shaw. Ramsey is distressed to hear this news on the television, and Cameron Chase seeks out Dylan Battle for help, telling him that she knows that Kate is the newest Manhunter. They investigate the history of Earth's various Manhunters, and discover that most are the result of a government initiative, most notably Mark Shaw and his alter ego Dumas - Dumas was created to do work that Shaw is unwilling to do and to give him one opponent that he will never find. When they access files named 'OMAC', the computer is over-ridden as someone traces their location. Elsewhere, Kate battles Shaw/Dumas, and an OMAC - agent Wayne Harold of the DEO - is activated to deal with the situation.
