HISTORY

Eddie Walker worked under Maggie Sawyer in Metropolis' Special Crimes Unit until crippled in the line of duty. His life was changed once more when he survived an attack from alien parasite Glonth, gaining super human powers like other New Bloods.

Eddie Walker becomes Loose Cannon, a blue monster with immense strength couple with an equally monstrous rage. He switches between these two personas, but not at will.
