OVERVIEW

Little Mermaid was born in Atlantis, but because of a strange affliction, she could only survive underwater for 30 hours at a time. Therefore, she was raised on land by adoptive parents in Denmark. As an adult, she took the name from a famous statue in Copenhagen and became a superhero under the name Little Mermaid. She served with the international organization known as the Global Guardians until she died under mysterious circumstances.
