OVERVIEW
In the 31st century, Tongue, Cherry Bomb, Density and Phantom Lad, all rejected applicants from the Legion of Super-Heroes, formed a team to prove their worth to the legionnaires. Their actions pushed them too far when they faked an emergency and attacked the legionnaires. They were finally arrested.
