HISTORY

Officer Kwintz was a Darkstar working under covert operations. Frustrated by a lack of response from the Darkstar administration, Kwintz took it upon himself to investigate offworld technology that was being stockpiled by persons unknown. Kwintz was killed in action, but the hero team known as the Blood Pack was able to prevent massive destruction on Earth.
