Synopsis: - A mysterious figure wins huge sums gambling, while disaster occurs to those around him. Meanwhile, he League continues the search for a new headquarters, and after a week of searching, Sue Dibny finds the perfect place - Barksdale Castle, a forgotten building which Justice League Europe will look after in exchange for being permitted to take up residence there. Elongated Man in particular is delighted with this, but they are soon called into action. The lucky man's latest win has caused the under-construction Channel Tunnel to collapse. The man's identity? Amos Fortune...
