Synopsis:

Hal Jordan (Green Lantern) gets some moral support from the members of Justice League Europe before flying off to deal with Guy Gardner. Doctor Light tells Power Girl that her mood swings could be due to an excessive consumption of diet sodas, which can have that effect on women with powers. Meanwhile, in Greece, some ancient monsters have been appearing and the people ask Metamorpho for help when Chthon, an ancient earth monster, rises from the ground.
Once Hal has beaten Guy to reclaim the role of Earth's Green Lantern, the JLE are recalled to London, where they learn that they may be evicted from their base. They answer Metamorpho's plea for help, arriving in Greece, only to discover that the monster Chthon appears to be immune to both Metamorpho and Green Lantern's powers.
