Synopsis: - When the Joker released his virus on the inmates of the Slab, one of those Jokerised was Ether, an old foe of Max Mercury whose body is entirely made of a gaseous substance. Max tracks him to the Cantele Research Centre, which is where he first became Ether. Here, Ether fills his lungs and tries to suffocate him, but Max lets him out into an airtight container, where, somehow, Ether thinks he has killed Mercury.
