Synopsis:
Batman asks Hawkman and Hawkgirl to investigate the Monolith, a creature he encountered in New York. They agree, and soon find themselves facing not one monster, but two, when Solomon Grundy causes a helicopter crash and goes on a rampage. It does not take long for them to realize that the Monolith is on their side, and they are able to work together with the golem to defeat Solomon Grundy. Grundy is then taken care of by Doctor Kinetti, the head of an organization that is researching meta-human criminals.
