Synopsis: - Green Arrow awakes in a black place in the palm of a gigantic being who looks like the Spectre but sounds like his friend Hal Jordan. He is more than a little confused when he discovers that Hal now IS the Spectre and claims to have helped bring him back from the dead, using some of his atomised remains buried in Superman's costume. Hal also explains that he had a very good reason for only bringing a certain amount of Ollie's past back into existence, and takes him to the gates of heaven in order to demonstrate his reasons.
- At the gates, they are refused entry by the Phantom Stranger, but the Spectre overrules him. Once inside, Deadman is despatched to let Ollie's friends know he is safe. Arrow finds the concept of being in heaven a little difficult, and isn't helped by Jordan telling him that he both is and is not dead. After a reunion with Barry Allen, he is taken to meet the man who can explain everything: Oliver Queen...
