Synopsis: - The detectives arrest Simon Lippman for the murder of Scott Benjamin, but before long, the real killer arrives and confesses. He is Jack Dunning, another reporter, who desperately wants to become part of the world of the capes and cowls. He discovered the existence of the Tailor and bought several Robin suits from him before killing boys dressed in the suits, thus attracting much media, police and 'cape' attention. He has a third boy held captive, but refuses to give any further information up to anyone other than Batman. The police must reluctantly call him in, and Batman soon scares the reporter into giving up the kid's location. The boy is rescued and the killer is jailed. In lieu of an apology, Captain Sawyer gives Simon Lippman an on-the-record quote about Batman's involvement. Later, the detectives reflect on Gotham City, the things they hate about it and the reasons they can't leave it.
