HISTORY

Lying paralysed in hospital, police officer Donovan Wallace found himself sharing a room with Joe Jones. Initially sceptical about the old man's claims to be General Glory, he was won over, and was granted Jones' power when the old man passed away. His power took a different form, including the ability to fly using golden wings. Wallace served sparingly since then and after retiring to Daytona Beach, he and his entire family were massacred at a wedding by assassians of Vandal Savage.
