HISTORY

Sent by his law firm to review the work of Titan, a chemical company, Richard Morse was considered a liability to be disposed of. A scientist, Dr. Clive, used Morse as a test subject in his illegal experiments, unconcerned of Morse's fate of that of two of his lab workers. A lab explosion was set to erase any evidence, and make his death look like an accident.

The blast did not have kill Morse, as he has since arisen as a creature called Garbage Man.
