HISTORY
Unlike the various versions of the Fortress of Solitude, used by Superman as a place to be alone, the Fortress of Solidarity was created as a place where the Superman Squad, a group of Supermen from various eras, could unite. The Fortress itself is a tesseract housed in a pentagonal icositetrahedon outside of time and space within the Still Zone. From the Fortress, any point in spacetime could easily be reached and portals throughout acted as windows through which any point in history could be viewed. The members of the Superman Squad would utilize "lightning doors" to travel to and from the Fortress and various points in space and time.
