Synopsis: - Wally, Linda, Chyre, Rita and others attend the funeral of Julie Jackam, one of those killed by the Cicada cult who were obsessed with people Wally had saved. Here, Chyre and Rita tell Wally that they think he might be the father of Julie's child - their suspicion is grounded on the fact that when Josh gets upset, lightning crackles from his eyes. Wally gives Chyre, Josh and Rita a lift back into Keystone as the weather deteriorates. By the time they've experienced June hailstorms, fog and driving wind, Wally realizes that the Weather Wizard must have returned.
- The civilians take cover in a cinema while Wally fights the Weather Wizard, whose control over the elements has become more lethal and more refined. Meanwhile, Central City police discover evidence that Hartley Rathaway, the Pied Piper, may have killed his parents and their servants. The Weather Wizard breaks into the cinema, where flying seats knock Chyre and Rita out. Linda valiantly defends the child, but Weather Wizard has no intention of harming Josh: he asks her to give him his son.
