Synopsis: - Newlyweds Wally and Linda open a belated wedding gift from Uncle Toby. However, they suddenly realize that neither of them actually has an uncle named Toby, and the gift is rushed of by Wally to the Nevada desert where it explodes, emitting a high frequency transmission, which Wally follows to discover that assassination attempts are being made on several high profile heroes. He has only a heartbeat to remove a Kryptonite bomb from Metropolis, and an exploding Scarecrow from Gotham, replace Green Lantern's power battery, which has been swapped with a fake and disarm a missile heading for Atlantis, before returning to the source of the signal.
- Here he discovers the Turtle, who never meant to kill any of the heroes, he just wanted to get Flash up to light-speed, thereby propelling him back in time where he can use the proceeds from a stolen jewel to become a rich man. However, the Flash pours on even more speed than he was expecting, and nabs the jewel, also sending the Turtle back to prehistory.
