Synopsis: - Cobalt Blue tells Wally West how he was cheated of a normal life, separated from his twin Barry Allen at birth by a drunken doctor and raised by con artists. He learned the mysteries of a magical blue flame from his "grandmother" and carried a hatred of Barry Allen which he intends to see through despite Barry's death.
