Synopsis: - The super-villains Hatchet, Heatwave and Sonar are put on trial for the deaths of 42 people aboard the Aurora Borealis, caused by their actions during their scheme to revive Doctor Polaris. Their defense lawyer alleges that they were on a government mission and hence should be tried, if at all, in military court, but Green Arrow discovers that Alaskan courts can overrule military courts (the ship having been in Alaskan waters) and the villains will be duly tried there.
