Booster Gold's agent at Goldstar, Inc., who was later revealed as a Manhunter agent. He embezzled his supposed employer's fortune and invested it in various stocks, including a software company which was later repossessed by Blue and Gold (a tech firm owned by Blue Beetle and Booster Gold). Dirk had a young daughter named Sarah who was once kidnapped by the Director.
