HISTORY

A U.S. Marshal, Dina Bell is a close friend of Shilo Norman, the new warden of the Slab, a meta-human containment penitentiary. She distinguished herself when a train she was using to transport several meta-criminals was hijakced to Apokolips. Here she helped fend off an army of parademons and brought the consignment of villains back safely. She was also present at the 'Last Laugh' riots at the Slab.
