Synopsis: - Gotham City is an ugly place. As Batman pursues the man who sold an overdose victim her drugs, he encounters various situation and saves a number of Gotham's residents, but there are others he can't save, random victims of violence or misfortune. He is too late to catch his killer, who is himself killed by his own dealer, and he soon finds himself called to the scene of a massive fire.
