HISTORY

Formerly of the Organised Crime Bureau, Lieutenant Cornwell is now the commander of the second shift in Gotham City's Major Crimes Unit. He is not overly popular with some on the shift, who regarded Sarge Davies as the natural choice to fill this role, but is proving to be a competent, if not particularly popular, commander.
