HISTORY
The fascist empire known throughout the Vegan star system as the Citadel was begun thousands of 'Cycles' ago by the first son of the Goddess X'Hal. Raised on Okaara, the First Citadellian rejected his family's love, exhibiting a charismatic personality full of hate and a genius for aggression. He taught the peaceful Okaarans the art of war aa they became the Warlords of Okaara. This eventually led to a nuclear conflict, resulting in his exile.
He moved to the closest moon to Vega, where he constructed a laboratory similar to that of the Psions. He used this technology to raise parts of the moon above his planet to militarily fortify it. Branx warriors and Gordanian Slavers settled on the planet in order to escape extradition. In exchange, slave labour and military soldiers were brought to his planet. He then declared war on the Psions and used their cloning devices to create the Citadellian race. Before he died the First Citadellian programmed his personality into a computer called Complex-Complex. This computer was destroyed by Tigorr.
In recent years, the Citadel joined an Alien Alliance against Earth, and sided with Thanagar in the recent Rann/Thanagar war.
