HISTORY

Located in the Red Ocean, the island of Bokos was settled by Tro-El and his band of mutineers during Krypton's Age of Exploration. Tro-El had attempted to wrest control of his brother Val-El's sea-faring expedition and abandon their enemies on the island, only to find themselves put ashore.

Centuries later, it was the birthplace of Nadira Va-Dim and Az-Rel, a pair of criminals who would be sentenced to the Phantom Zone.
