OVERVIEW

Bifa the 14th member of the Parliament of Trees succeeding Matango. Unlike earlier Earth Elementals Bifa was not given the memories of Swamp Thing (Alec Holland) and the previous Earth Elementals. Bifa was given the task of passing verbal messages between the Inner and Outer Houses of the Parliament of Trees.
