Synopsis: - As Batman rescues one of the Scarecrow's potential victims and races after the other, Mayor Krol calls a press conference where he accuses James Gordon of police brutality, and Marion Grange of being soft on crime. Batman catches up with the Scarecrow and his abductee at a sinister funhouse, where he is able to turn the Scarecrow's fear gas on the madman, revealing that the thing Scarecrow is most afraid of is ... Batman. He is apprehended and his former schoolmate saved.
