Synopsis: - People across Gotham are dying of heart attacks, and they all have the same brand of pacemaker, manufactured by Wayne Industries. Batman suspects Hush, but he swears it wasn't him. Looking over Gotham is the Joker, who has recovered from the injuries sustained at Hush's hands. He discovered the possibilities of pacemakers quite by accident, and decided to make use of them.
