Synopsis: - Batman realizes that his apparent glimpse of Vesper Fairchild was staged, but cannot discover who it was staged by. Meanwhile, at the Joker's request, the Riddler is to be transferred from Blackgate to the Slab, but his transport is interrupted, and, with Batman dealing with a bomb at the hospital, Tommy Elliot is able to get to the Riddler and beat him badly.
