Synopsis: - Batgirl and Batman confront one another in a cemetery, and just to make things interesting, the mad scientist Doctor Death exposes them to the drug Soul in a concentrated form. They fight one another across the city, with Robin and Nightwing in pursuit, Oracle watching from the tower. Robin manages to trick Doctor Death into yielding an antidote to Soul, and Batman/Batgirl's fight and chase ends in a plunge from a bridge, after which the two of them simply embrace, something Cain never allowed. Batgirl says her loyalty will always be to the bat and what it means, and Batman welcomes her back into the fold.
