Synopsis: - Under the cover of an investigative mission for Wayne Enterprises, Batman and Batgirl arrive in Tarakstan to track down Doctor Death, whom they believe has been supplying a group of terrorists (or freedom fighters...) with a deadly poison. Here they encounter Black Wind, the leader of the Sakuri Lions group, but discover that he knows nothing of any such thing. However, their supposed guide, academic Jira Vidorja, knows exactly what's going on.
